Our design staff can create vibrant and innovative point-of-purchase displays and corrugated containers to package and market your product. The graphic artists and structural designers will collaborate with clients from beginning to end to design a corrugated container or point-of-purchase display that matches your expectations, budget and marketing goals. Whether it is basic printing or custom graphics, our staff is ready and able to assist you.

DESIGN AND ENGINEERING

Product Design and Engineering

Our design team stands ready to generate solutions to any packaging requirement. Consideration is given to size, shape, weight, product protection, compression, color graphics and closure style. Our engineer ensures that your project is designed to perform as intended. Keeping these variables in mind, the design team will produce a package to best protect and display your product. A complete mock up prototype will be made for your review prior to production to ensure that you get a visual of what your product will look like.

We have a knowledgeable staff to take your orders and handle special requests Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. They all believe in our philosophy of “COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION”.

SHIPPING

Shipping

Our fleet of over 180 trailers, as well as straight trucks and vans are available to ensure you on time delivery in the tri-state area. We can ship anywhere in the country utilizing outside carriers. Our doors are also open 24 hours a day for your convenience if you would like to pick up your products. For qualified accounts, we inventory your cartons in our warehouse and ship to you what is needed, when it is needed. PCG also offers a “vendor managed inventory” program based upon projections provided by the customer.

JUST-IN-TIME STOCKING PROGRAM

Just-in-Time Stocking Program

Over 60,000-square-foot of space in our production facility is dedicated to our Just-in-Time Stocking Program for qualified customers. President Container will manage the inventory based on information provided. Deliveries will be made within 24 to 48 hours.

SFI<sup>®</sup> Certified

PCG is SFI® certified. We use raw materials that are socially beneficial and environmentally appropriate.

Waste Water Treatment

We utilize the latest technology in making starch, which allows us to recycle waste water during the manufacturing process.

Energy Efficient Lighting

The 522,000 square foot Super Plant was built with the concept that it had to be “Sustainable” and “Green”. In partnership with NYSERDA (The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority), approximately 1,000 energy efficient lights were installed throughout the facility reducing energy consumption. Continuing with our “Green” initiatives, in 2017, the factory will convert to LED lighting.

Solar Energy

In 2015, 19,020 solar panels were installed on 11 acres of property adjacent to the Super Plant. This is the largest privately owned Solar Farm in the state of New York producing 2 Megawatts of electricity.

FSC<sup>®</sup> Certified

PCG is FSC® certified, which ensures our products are environmentally responsible and supporting responsible forestry.

Recycled Paper

100% of corrugated waste paper is recycled and baled. It is then converted into recycled liner board and medium.

Recycled Plastic

All forms of plastic products are baled and recycled.

Recycled Metal

The metal strapping from the raw materials gets chipped and recycled.

When it comes to design and concept of point-of-purchase displays and value-added packaging, our skilled graphic design and management team is involved from inception to completion of your product.We work with clients on new ideas and concepts and then see full-color comps and renderings of displays and packaging while still in the design stage. Once a final concept is chosen, the graphic designer works closely with the production team to ensure that it becomes a reality.
