President Container Group, a leading independent manufacturer of Corrugated Packaging (Sheets, Boxes, Trays, Partitions, Displays etc.) and Industrial Supplies is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant with 2-4 years experience for our Moonachie, New Jersey facility.
Applicants must be detailed oriented, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and must be able to multi task in multiple departments.
All applicants must be proficient in computers including, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word (forms and templates) with heavy emphasis on typing and word processing. He/she must also have a pleasant disposition to handle incoming phone calls and greet visitors.
High School education is preferable. Manufacturing Administrative experience is a plus.
